Select Panoramic Ratios
First decide just how wide you want your print. Take into consideration the frame also. To calculate the picture size, each ratio is done as follows. For example, a 3 to 1 ratio is 1 foot high for each 3 feet of width. A 4 to 1 ratio is 1 foot high for each 4 feet of width, and so on. So you need a print that is 60 inches wide and you would like a print that is 4 to 1. Divide the width by 4, and the height of the print will be 15 inches. If you want a slightly higher print then perhaps a 3 to 1 ratio is better. Divide the 60 by 3 and the height would be 20 inches.

Not all prints are available in all ratios. This is due to the cropping that is necessary to achieve a good picture. Take your time.
